Customers Fault Description : The button that makes the chair rise is not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Celebrity remote arrived safely and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote end, this was cut back to remove the damage and refitted.
All buttons were then reconductivised by gluing new conductive pads to wach button contact.
