Model : RCS-01C
Customers Fault Description : Remote not working, changed batteries but still no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing the top two buttons were non functional.
On opening a mass of corrosion was found over the effected button, the print was cleaned and reworked and new conductive pads were glued on the buttons which restored full functionality.
