Customers Fault Description : the carrier peace has failed where the battery fits

This controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to be missing its battery tray, normally these are not available as spares but luckily i have managed to find a good fitting replacement. This is a tight fitting black colored tray (we dont have any silver ones), see image.
This was fitted with a replacement Duracell battery which we have supplied which restored full functionality.
