Contacts at bottom corroded. Refurbed and tried to keep going. Finally not responding to my tinkering. Many thanks for your magic touch!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dometic control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

Two of the terminal wires had broken away from the terminals, these were resoldered back firmly into place.  When tested, the bottom two buttons were found to be sluggish in response.

All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
