Silvelox Tsm2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : New battery installed. Light coming on on the remote but does not connect to the door receiver. Other remote works fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found ot be transmitting on both button as per normal operation.
The control was tested over a period of a week but on each test the control continued to transmit on the 433mhz frequency as per normal.
It might be that the remote needs "pairing" with the receiver again.
