Customer's Fault Description
New battery installed. Light coming on on the remote but does not connect to the door receiver. Other remote works fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found ot be transmitting on both button as per normal operation.
The control was tested over a period of a week but on each test the control continued to transmit on the 433mhz frequency as per normal.
It might be that the remote needs "pairing" with the receiver again.
