Customer's Fault Description
screen lit but no writing. It lit up once but writing was back to front. Happened after battery change
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This boiler controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an erratic display response (no characters)
This was found to be due to corrosion on the display ribbon cable due to a battery leakage.
The cable was reworked which restored full funcitonality.
