Customers Fault Description : Charger port is broken camt charge and doesn't recognise the battery either

This BSSB remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have the usual fault whereby the charge port detaches from the PCB. The port was soldered back into place and then reinforced using hot melt glue. Full functionality was restored.
