Customers Fault Description : The buttons stopped working and it is stock on tv. I hope my old setting will still be saved like for Netflix/youtube is programmed to V Mem
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bang and Olufsen remote control arrived safely and on testing the left column of buttons were found to be non responsive.
On opening there was a large mass of liquid inside the control. This had contaminated the button array conductive contacts. The PCB and array was cleaned of all contaminated which restored functionality to all buttons.
