Customers Fault Description : Same paragon gas fire remote as in your repair catalogue 3055-3536.
The on button (top left) won’t work, but all other buttons still work.

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a faulty battery cable and faulty buttons, the cable and all four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
