Customers Fault Description : On.button works fine. Off button will not switch fire off

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty button. This was found to be due to cracks in the print around the main IC. The print was reworked which restored full functionality. A Duracell battery was fitted and supplied also.
