Customer's Fault Description
control was dropped onto fire place then it stopped working. I thought at first it could be the battery which i changed but no joy.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any channel.  This was due to a faulty transducer which easily becomes damaged when dropped /banged.

A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
