SIT Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : I can ignite the fire by pressing left buttons together but difficult to turn off the fire by pressing top left also bottom right button does not work which lowers the flame
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish / faulty buttons. All four buttons were replaced as well as a new battery cable fitted which restored full functionality.
