Customers Fault Description : Battery contacts badly corroded/broken so very difficult to get batteries to make decent contact. Unit functions perfectly once batteries make contact!

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have very badly corroded battery terminals.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
