Customers Fault Description : Nothing works, blank screen.

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the screen plastic cover was missing a large part (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available and it does not effect functionality)
On testing the item was confirmed to be dead.
This was found to be due to bad solder joints on both of the battery terminals, these were resoldered which restored power.
