Customers Fault Description : Ok button doesn't register.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Climapro remote arrived safely and on inspection the ok button was detached from the PCB, this was resoldered back into place and the other buttons soldered to reinforce their fitting. This restored full functionality.
The screen mountings were also found to be broken, the screen was glued back into place.
