Customers Fault Description : The Remote Box has stopped working completely. I have changed the batteries, but nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Fan controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated. The control was then tested randomly over a 3 day period and again no fault was found.
