Top left button doesn’t appear to be working, not bringing on LED. Not lighting fire. All batteries changed with no effect (checked batteries and okay).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
