Customers Fault Description : Remote Control for controlling the Gazco fire shows Low Battery warning even after fitting several new pp9 batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely from Ireland and on testing was found to have a low battery indicator even with a fully charged battery.
This was due to a faulty 7133 regulator, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
