Customers Fault Description : down button working, up button not working

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting on the up channel. This was due to a faulty 40.5khz crystal in the handset itself. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
No issue was found with the receiver.
