Hulsta Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Hulsta

Customers Fault Description : The bed action controller just completely stopped working on one side of the twin Hulsta bed. Should I also send the other controller to be checked? The bed is 15 years old and the first time we have had a problem.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

These two bed controls arrived safely and on inspection both were suffering from the same issue whereby contamination was found over the button array (see images)

The button array and pads were cleaned up and also the cable was tested for continuity.
