Customers Fault Description : Bottom left button(raising footrest) does not work consistently.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair control arrived safely and on inspection the cable was found to be damaged.
The button issue was found to be due to worn contacts, replacement conductive pads were fitted. The cable damage was cut back and refitted.
