Customers Fault Description : Volume up and down buttons inoperative.....all others okay
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Beolink remote arrived safely and on testing the volume buttons were confirmed not to be transmitting.
When opened this was found to be due to corrosion caused by a mass of contamination over much of the button array (see image)
The print was reworked and cleaned up which restored full functionality.
