Customers Fault Description : Just does not work. Have tried changing batteries to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing all buttons were working but the top 2 were sluggish in response.
On opening this was found to be due to contamination over the button contacts (see image).
The PCB and button pads were cleaned up which restored normal button response.
