Truma Mover TE Repair
The remote is very temperamental when it comes to turning it on. There appears to be a problem with the battery connector. One of the springs looks to be faulty. Also the battery cover is missing (It came like that.) If the controller could be fixed so that it turns on everything time, that would be great. Thank you

The remote is showing the correct symbols for lighting the pilot on the fire but there is no response at all from the fire’s ignition system.

The remote control unit has stopped working. It is defiantly the unit that is the problem because a second unit we have is still working for both the blinds.

Truma Mover XT Repair
Hi Martin As per my txt would you please try and repair my Truma XT handset. The handset is actually working fine once the remote control actually engages the caravan mover. However the spring mechanism which moves the caravan forwards and backwards is not working as it should after I accidentally dropped it. Would you please attempt to open the unit up and try to fix the spring mechanism. The remote is only engaging the mover every so often which is making it very difficult and unpredictable to control. The spring mechanism is broken but hopefully it is located somewhere within the remote.. hopefully you can work your magic on it!. Thanks Martin
Mertik Maxitrol G6R-H4T5-GA Repair
THink it was with you in the past with power issue. Looks like not transmitting this time, tested on 433 Mhz reciever, though Screen shows as if it is transmitting. Tried reset on receiver but wont pair.

The receiver has not been working correctly and failed to engage the start sequence and ignition. The remote booked separately needs re-programming with the receiver.
