Magiglo Remote. G6R H4S Repair
The remote is dead. When the red button and the large flame button are pressed with the remote pointed at the fire the red light should illuminate but nothing happens. I have been in contact with Chris Stone the technical man at Burley Magiglo and tried to reset the connection between the remote and the receiver using his instructions but nothing happens. The batteries in the receiver and the remote have been tested and although they were ok I have put in new ones. I have wiggled the battery connector as he said it may be a loose connection but nothing happened.
