The gas fire remote for our Infinity fire CF 600 has been damaged. We had a service and he confirmed the remote is the reason the fire will not work. The remote lights up but the ignition doesn’t even come on. We also tested using our neighbours Infinity CF 600 remote on our fire and when we did use that the fire worked.

Does not connect with control unit.had to have the battery wires re soldered after the broke off.ive tried doing a reset with the button on the control unit,which flashes for so long then goes off.the light on the handset is constantly flashing I don’t think it recognises the control unit any longer.
Kitsound Chorus soundbar Repair
Soundbar is working fine but no buttons on remote control work at all. Sound bar is stuck in Bluetooth mode and my phone still plays music through it using BT so sound bar itself seems ok. Like I say, no buttons on remote control are working even with new battery. Hasn't been dropped as far as I know.
