Gliderol Repair

Both remote controls are exhibiting the same fault: when the button is pressed, the LED lights up but the garage door doesn’t open. I have checked that the DIP switches are in the correct positions for the receiver: - - 0 0 - 0 0 0 - The door works fine with my only other remote control.

When the chair is plugged in, the remote buttons are all lit up, with a slight flicker. All buttons on the remote are non responsive. We have another chair with the same type of remote, which seems to work absolutely fine on the chair with the faulty remote. So from that, I suspect that the fault lies in the remote that I hope to send to you. Thanks in advance.
