the rechargeable batteries have leaked through lack of use, making the remote control useless as no keys work on it when pressed. I use the amplifier a lot but normally only from one source so I rarely need the remote. I use the electric plug switch to turn the amplifier on and off. I have removed these batteries from the product.

Hi there were various buttons not working on the above remotes, I did a ISO alcohol clean on the main culprits but the following sadly remain: Panasonic N2QAYB- AV button top right, meaning I can't choose HDMI inputs. Pioneer AXD7698- Standby/On/Off button top left, both volume up and down buttons.
