McHale Repair
Initially when the remote stopped working - it appeared that as soon as the safety button on the rear was pressed, a 'stop' signal was being sent to the receiver (so none of the functions could be used). Later, the remote started sending a stop signal without any buttons being pressed. Tested with new battery. Remote has already been fixed previously by yourselves.

soms werk hij wel maar meest tal niet. de batterijen zijn al regelmatig vervangen dat hielp niet.

Hormann Repair
The buttons work when the power gets to them. The remote stopped working but pressing the circuit or the battery connection sometimes made the red light come on when pressing the up and down button which has 1 dot on. This has now stopped and it doesn’t appear to work at all now. We have changed the battery to no avail.
