The remote does not seem to be working at all, replacement of batteries does not recitify the issue. The light for the IR isn't coming on whenever buttons are pressed, even with fresh batteries.

The move control remote isn't turning on anymore. I've changed its batteries, managed to turn it on when I left the camping site but once I got to the caravan storage I couldn't turn it on anymore in order to make my life easier when parking the caravan.

The remote is very temperamental when it comes to turning it on. There appears to be a problem with the battery connector. One of the springs looks to be faulty. Also the battery cover is missing (It came like that.) If the controller could be fixed so that it turns on everything time, that would be great. Thank you
