i have two remotes, one is working ok but second one neither buttons work. this has been happening for a while, i did get it temporally to work by pressing both buttons simultaneously and then the button required, now nothing. i have changed batteries and checked they have charge, also cleaned terminals.thank you.

Hi, I have a Sirius BeFree S6/S 433.92 MHz remote for a Caple MC900SS cooker hood causing me a problem. I have replaced the battery and the remote will work but if I don’t remove the battery after operation the remote flattens the battery. Basically if I don’t remove the battery the remote drains it so next time I use it it doesn’t work. All buttons are working as normal.
