Mertik Maxitrol Repair
When a battery is in the unit the red light is always on. In this state pressing the buttons does nothing to the fire control. Sometimes when you put a battery in the remote will work for a few minutes and then the red light comes on and astys on.

The fire screen of log fire kept buffering and remote wasn't working. I contacted the supplier Focal Point and I bought a new memory card from them. The memory card worked and the screen is no longer buffering. But the remote is not working and I only have one choice of screen (typically the one I like the least) I've tried a new battery in the remote with no success

No response from receivers. Changed batteries but no better. We have a 3rd controller which does work so the receivers are ok.

Two small buttons missing from the remote and faulty wiring. I understand from our conversation you have spare parts that may fit . The fire is still receiving a connection when wire touches the battery so fingers crossed. Would be great if I could get the fire working again 🙂
Celsi Repair
The only button which works is the on/off and this will turn the fire off if it has been put on manually but will not turn the fire on or activate the flame setting or the heating. The manual switches on the fire itself work normally.
Celebrity riser recliner Repair

Some buttons don't work at all or only intermittently work. Specifically, the TV guide button only intermittently works, the volume down button doesn't work all and the volume up button only works intermittently, and the mute button doesn't work at all. These are the main buttons that seem to be a problem. It would be good if you're able to give all the contacts a bit of a clean/service etc to try and prevent any other problems in the future.
