THE FIRE IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE REMOTE CONTROL COMMANDS, BUT THE FIRE WORKS WHENEVER THE MANUAL BUTTON IS PUSHED ON THE FIRE ITSELF. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL REPLACEMENT BATTERIES BUT IT STILL DOES NOT OPERATE THE FIRE.

Flamerite YCT-100 ERX30 Repair

Celebrity Repair

Buttons are very sticky. Top 2 buttons for the back of the chair work but only just and the bottom 2 buttons for the leg lift and to raise the chair don't work at all

The power button seems to be not working so I can not use my motor mover, I’m not 100% sure if it is that but that’s what the manufacturer said on the technical helpline please can it be checked and repaired and if carnt be fixed can you make a new remote?
