Remote not working (can't adjust flame strength remotely but still works alright manually - turning dial by hand). No light showing on Receiver, but red light still shows on remote handset. New batteries tried on remote handset and reciever but still doesn't work. There is corrosion damage on receiver terminal due to leaking battery.

BSSB Storage Bed Lift Repair
Remote stopped working completely so assumed batteries had gone. Changed and remote now lights up but doesn't operate the bed. Usually press the down button to pair with the beds electronic workings but no bleep heard. (You'll see the remotes cover has broken. We bought the bed as an ex display and was like that when we purchased it and has worked fine for 18 months or so. We normally have a zip tie holding it together.
