Reich Repair
The on/off button has an intermittent fault, all other buttons work fine. Having taken a look inside, there is a conductor track on the circuit board which appears to have a very tiny section under the power on/off button discoloured. Cleaning this small section cures the problem temporarily.
Henderson 800 garage door Repair
The lower button is missing its top and no longer depresses. The garage door can no longer be closed.
Mirtek Maxitrol Repair
Remote fell heavily on hard floor and will now only ignite the fire if placed very close to the receiver

Velux Repair
The remote has a faulty screen but it used to operate the window without issue. But one day it just decoupled from the window and I foolishly pressed the reset button so now it’s completely useless! I bought a new velux remote (a newer model GLI330 or something) but it’s not backward compatible so I’ll need to try to get this remote fixed. This is a Velux 833212 remote.

Firmadoor Repair
Remote works but since repairing the battery terminal (soldering wires back on) the replacement batteries only last a few weeks. The battery terminal has disintegrated so I will not enclosed this as advised in my phone conversation this morning.
Hormann HSE4 Repair
controller dropped onto hard surface and part of casing broken. fitted back together and LED flashes as it should but door does not respond. Tried reprogramming from my other remote but no joy.

The cable on the remote has been taped and needs replacing and the cable near the 8 pin socket also nees replacing or alternatively shortening to remove the damaged area
