One of the four buttons does not work - the one on the bottom left. It is needed to switch the fire on. The wires had come off the battery connection but I did a botched soldering job on them to get them working, but that was some time ago.

DRU Repair

There are only two buttons, one to turn the fire up and one to turn it down. The unit has gradually been getting harder to operate the fire, having to hold the button down longer and get it nearer to the fire. We have just turned the fire on at the beginning of December to discover it now will not operate the fire control. I noticed from your website that sometimes its not the remote at fault but I have no way of testing it.
